As the winner of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or 2023 and head chef of the Michelin-starred Søllerød Kro in Denmark, Chef Brian is renowned for his refined style that blends French culinary heritage with Nordic technique and seasonal Danish produce. His creations are celebrated for their depth, elegance, and precision, earning him accolades including Chef’s Chef of the Year and multiple ‘Dish of the Year’ awards from The Association of Danish Food Critics.
