Chef Adeline Grattard, of the acclaimed Yam’Tcha in Paris, is celebrated for her refined fusion of French technique and Asian influences, a signature style that earned her the title of “Creator of the Year” by Omnivore. Having shaped Aragu’s dining identity during its pre-opening, her return marked a true homecoming. Joined by Culinary Director Chef Gaushan de Silva, this collaboration brought together two distinct culinary philosophies in a harmonious dialogue of cultures, flavours, and craft.
