Velaa was delighted to welcome back Kazuhiro Sakurai, a fourth-generation sake master from Asahi Shuzo, for an exclusive Dassai Sake Maker’s Dinner that unfolded as a standout success. Showcasing the distinctive flavours and craftsmanship of Dassai, Sakurai presented a curated journey through premium sakes paired with a specially created menu at Aragu. With his deep expertise and passion for the brewing tradition, he guided the evening with the refinement and precision he is known for, creating a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that celebrated some of the finest expressions from Japan’s Asahi Shuzo Brewery.
