Velaa Private Island welcomed João Pires, Master Sommelier and representative of Château Pavie, for a refined wine experience on the island.

João Pires, a Master Sommelier associated with Château Pavie, one of Bordeaux’s most renowned wine estates, brought his deep knowledge of fine wine and his elegant, approachable presence to Velaa. During his time on the island, he hosted an intimate wine dinner at Aragu Signature Restaurant as well as a wine tasting at Athiri Coconut Garden, offering guests the opportunity to explore exceptional wines in a relaxed and refined setting.
