At Gastronomy Month, we are delighted to welcome Mark Lundgaard, Head Chef and Director of Kong Hans Kælder, the acclaimed two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen.
Working from one of the city’s oldest buildings, Mark has shaped a culinary style that honours heritage while embracing modern precision. Rooted in a deep respect for provenance and craftsmanship, his approach reinterprets classical French techniques through a refined Nordic perspective.
For this special occasion, Mark Lundgaard will join Chef Gaushan de Silva at Aragu for two exclusive four-hands dinner. Together, they will present a tailored menu that celebrates creativity, precision, and the artistry of exceptional dining.
