Four-hands dinner with Natsuko Shoji

With her talents for award-winning French style cuisine, Natsuko Shoji will be in Aragu, cooking alongside our very own Chef Gaushan for two four-hands dinners on 27 & 29 November.

After three years working at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Florilège, Natsuko Shoji went on to open her own single-table restaurant Été, first catching the culinary world’s attention with her fruit-topped cakes that earned her the title of Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2020. Two years on, the 27-year-old chef has been presented with yet another award by 50 Best for being Asia’s Best Female Chef 2022.
