Guests enjoyed an evening of fine dining in Aragu Signature Restaurant paired perfectly with a curated wine selection from Francois Labet of Chateau de la Tour.
Château de la Tour was built in 1890 by the ancestors of the current owners; the Labet and Déchelette families. These same families trace their roots in wine since the end of the 15th century. Château de la Tour is built in the higher section, not far from the Cistercian manor which belongs to the Chevalier du Tastevin. The winegrowing and commercial activities are directed by François Labet, who is visiting us for two exclusive wine dinners, 20 and 24 February 2022. Château de la Tour wines are the only Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru to be harvested, vinified, raised and bottled within the walls of Clos de Vougeot, just like in the old days of the monks. They are wines of tradition, with a stunning ageing potential and made to cellar 10 years + minimum. Please join us in this celebration of fine wine accompanied by the the stunning setting of Aragu Signature restaurant and Chef Gaushan de Silva's gastronomical compositions.
